Vacancies currently exist in our Management and Agency Departments.

POST TITLE:   Estate Surveyor & Valuer
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCED:

• BSc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience,
• Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license,
• Must be computer literate,
• Good marketing and communication skills,
• Professional qualification - ANIVS will be an added advantage.

NB:

• For the Management Department, candidates must have experience in the management of commercial and residential properties,
• For the Agency Department, candidates must have flair for sales and letting of properties.

POST TITLE:   Pupil Estate Surveyor

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCED:

• BSc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience,
• Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license,
• Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of real estate market,
• Good marketing and communication skills.

POST TITLE:   Estate Officer

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCED:

• OND holder from a reputable institution in Nigeria,
• Resident in Lagos,
• Good marketing and communication skills.
